General Rules
(Applies to all classes)

Only the driver will
be permitted to ride in the vehicle during
the
race, must sign a liability release.

Entry fee for driver and truck will be
$37.00 for all classes. Pit crew and all
other persons entering pit area will pay
$12.00 pit admission fee. Any person
entering the pit must sign a liability
release. No refunds under any circumstance.

No alcoholic beverages allowed in the pit
area. Persons caught consuming alcohol in
the pit area will be escorted off the
property.

Races start at 8:00 p.m.
-
There will be a three minute time limit for
the vehicle to approach the starting line
after their name/number has been called. If
unable to stage in time you will be
disqualified.

Once your vehicle is staged and the stage
light comes on, you cannot back up and
restage. For safety reasons, rules will be
enforced.
-
Every vehicle must have good operating
brakes.
-
All weights must be securely fastened to
vehicle. If any weight is lost during the
race you will be disqualified.
-
You must have a fully charged fire
extinguisher in vehicle.
-
You must have a 5 point safety harness for
all classes except stock which must have at
least the factory seatbelt with shoulder
belt.
-
Open wheel base vehicles are recommended to
use arm restraints.

All participants must wear helmets.
-
Any vehicle going out of bounds will be
disqualified. The judges’ decision will be
final.

No driver will be allowed to consume alcohol
at any time prior to or during the races.
Anyone found violating this rule will lead
to the disqualification of the team.

Judges will check to be sure that all
vehicles meet the requirements of their
class; including general safety
requirements.
-
Everyone in the pit area must have a pit
pass and sign a liability waiver. No one
under the age of 14 is allowed in the pit
area after the races start.

Roll bar and drive shaft loops are required
on all classes except stock.
-
Drivers’ suit required for all classes
except stock and economy. Drivers’ suit is
highly recommended for stock and economy
classes.

ATTENTION: All drivers must start
deceleration immediately at the finish line.
In the attempt to clean the tires: you
must come to a complete stop then burp
throttle, and then you may proceed into the
pit area. Continuing to accelerate through
the shutdown area will not be tolerated.
First offense will result in a warning.
Second offense will result in a possible
disqualification of the run prior to the
offense. This rule is for everyone’s safety
and will be strictly enforced!

Absolutely no excessive acceleration at any
time in the pit area. Idle speed
only!

PROTEST: All protests must be filed with
technical official prior to the start of the
feature race for each class. The protest
fee, $150 in cash, will be given to the
technical official by the registered car
owner or driver filing the protest and
cannot be withdrawn. The protesting owner or
driver must be competing in that evening's
race program in the class they wish to
protest. The protested car must report
immediately to the designated inspection
area. If the protested car is illegal, the
money is returned to the person filing the
protest, and the illegal car forfeits all
winnings and points for that program. If the
protested car is legal, then the protested
car collects the protest fee. No protested
car may leave the premises prior to checking
the protest without forfeiting points and
winnings.

Points will be awarded as follows. 1st
place: 40 points, 2nd place: 38
points, 3rd place: 36 points,
remaining places will be decreased by 2
points per place. Points are awarded to
driver only. If a driver is disqualified for
any reason they forfeit their points for
that event.
