Economy

1. Factory body style permitted.
   • Must be a full body truck.
   • Trimming permitted for tire clearance only.
   • No narrowing allowed.
   • Bed must be enclosed.
2. Must have a properly secured roll-cage constructed of 1 5/8” round tubing if interior is gutted.
3. Four wheel drive only
4. Must have two properly secured driveshaft loops on each drive shaft.
5. Must have a properly functioning brake system to adequately stop the vehicle within 200 feet.
6. Must have a master shut off switch located on the rear of vehicle in the center (not on sides).
7. Vent line required on fuel cell. Must extend 6" below fuel cell and be secured. No open vents on top of tank.
8. Stock transmission and transfer case required. Stall converters permitted.
9. Transmission blanket or shield is recommended.
10. No trans-brakes.
11. Stock suspension only. May have traction bars.
12. Any gear ratio combination permitted.
13. Any D.O.T. uncut tire.
14. Gasoline only.
15. Any small or big block less than 472 cubic inches permitted.
    • Sfi approved damper and flywheel recommended.
    • No aluminum heads.
    • Aftermarket standard valve placement heads allowed. No porting and polishing allowed on aftermarket heads. Porting and polishing allowed for factory heads only.
    • Flat tappet cam only.
    • Only one carburetor of any size permitted. No dominator carbs.
16. Total vehicle weight including driver must exceed
    • 4,500 lbs. for big blocks.
    • 4,300 lbs. for small blocks.
17. Must pull 12” of vacuum at 1100 RPM. If intake is not equipped with vacuum port, truck will be disqualified.
